Governance Advisory Arrangement

Pension providers operating workplace pension plans or offering investment pathways are required to have an Independent Governance Committee or establish a Governance Advisory Arrangement ("GAA"), whose principal function is to:

• act solely in the interests of the members of those pension plans and pathway investors;
• assess the ‘value for money’ delivered by the pension plans or investment pathways to those members; and
• provide an independent consideration of the policies on Environmental, Social and Governance financial considerations, non-financial matters and stewardship for pensions and products in scope

PTL was acquired by ZEDRA in December 2021, and the PTL Governance Advisory Arrangement has consequently been renamed the ZEDRA Governance Advisory Arrangement. ZEDRA Governance Advisory Arrangement provide independent governance services for our workplace pension plans and investment pathways.
