Registration
To enable you to access MyUtmost, you must Register for the service. To register you will need to input a range of personal details, including your policy number. You must ensure that the details you input are current, relevant and accurate and you must inform us as soon as possible if any of these details change after registration.
We reserve the right to accept or not accept a registration and reject your registration request without giving a reason for doing so.
Legal action may be taken if someone, other than the policy owner, is found trying to access MyUtmost using another person’s details.

Mobile Phone and Text Messages
By providing your mobile number during the registration process you are opting in to receive text messages from Utmost Life and Pensions. These text messages are only used to provide you with a one-time passcode that you will need to login to your account. Text messages are currently the only way for us provide you with the passcode, therefore, if you want to opt out of receiving text messages, you will no longer be able to access MyUtmost.
User Name and Password
When you register you will be asked to create a User Name, which will be your email address. You will also be asked to set a password.

Using MyUtmost
The information in your MyUtmost account is solely for you and you must not allow access to your account by a third party. You are responsible for ensuring you do not share access to your account.
To avoid third parties accessing your MyUtmost account, you should logout of the service before you leave your device. We will not be held responsible if third parties obtain access to your information or submit processing requests if you fail to logout.
Instructions
You are responsible for accessing your MyUtmost account and for any instructions or information provided to us through your account. We will treat instructions and information as genuine and act on them unless you contact us at the earliest opportunity to notify us your account could have been accessed fraudulently.
