Finding lost customers

There are times when we need to find lost customers and we have partnered with LexisNexis to help us locate customers without an address on our records.

If a potential new address is provided by LexisNexis, then Utmost Life and Pensions write to this address to attempt to establish contact.

If you receive such a letter from us it's really important that you contact us so that we can re-establish contact with you and hopefully update our records with your new address. Below are examples of the letter you may receive, and the most commonly asked questions.
